Hamilton Fish Center
Facilities at the Hamilton Fish Center include a cardio room, fitness gym, free weight room, handball courts, performance stage, 2 pools, basketball courts, arts & crafts room, game room, and computer resource center. Classes and activities on offer include an After School Program, aerobics, wrestling, karate, and much more. Special events such as rallies and community parties are also on the menu.

Harlem YMCA
The Harlem YMCA offers programs for the entire family. The After School Program for kids age 5-12 offers sports, games, homework help, swimming, computers, and ecology lessons. There's an Asthma Swim Program for children who suffer. Other activities include martial arts, Drama Kids, basketball, volleyball, fitness gym and more. Last Friday of the month is Family Night Potluck Dinner.

JD Walsh Basketball Clinics
A state of the art basketball training regimen providing elite basketball skill coaching. Founded in 1998 with the simple intent to teach local kids in the NYC metro area the fundamentals of the sport of basketball and the values that can be derived from involvement.

North Meadow Recreation Center
Located in Central Park, The North Meadow Recreation Center offers a cushioned climbing room with a 17-foot climbing wall; a community room used for classes, gatherings, and recreational activities; basketball and handball courts, and an outdoor 25-foot climbing wall.

West 59th Street Rec Center
The West 59th Street Rec Center offers a variety of activities, courses, and programs for kids and adults. Facilities include an indoos pool, gymnasium and fitness room. Afterschool programs in basketball, cheerleading, swimming, and lifeguard training are all on offer. The Center also features an indoor rock wall maintained by the City Climbers Club who offer lessons in the sport.

West Side YMCA
The West Side Y is the largest of the 19 branches in Greater New York, and has extensive facilities, including two pools, a basketball/volleyball gym, a boxing/martial arts gym and other facilities for adults. This branch offers wonderful writing programs for kids and teens, in addition to the usual classes and programs.

Youth Sports Leagues
The City Parks and Rec Association runs numerous leagues for kids, including baseball, softball, T-ball, basketball, football, lacrosse, and soccer.
