Flushing YMCA
Flushing Y offers programs and classes for adults, teens and kids. These include swimming, basketball, karate, tennis, gymnastics, dance, and racketball. There's an extended day program, childcare & preschool for kids 2.9 - 6 years of age, and vacation camp for kids in K - 8th grade. Babysitting is available for adults while using the facility. |

Goldman YMHA/YWHA (E 14th Street Y)
The Goldman Y is a Jewish Community Center, but it welcomes members of all faiths. It offers scores of classes, programs, resources, and services - including babysitting for members. Classes for kids include for kids include art, dance, cooking, martial arts, basketball, tennis, tumbling & gymnastics, kindermusik, ballet, and swimming (ages six months and up). |

Greenpoint YMCA
The Greenpoint Y offers an Afterschool Program, swimming classes, karate, ballet, Summer Camp, Sports Leagues, Birthday Party facilities, computer classes, Full and half-day Preschool, Holiday Camps, a Teen Center, Leaders Club, and Youth and Government (the latter both for teens). There's also a Kids in Control Community Service program. Guest rooms are available on a nightly and weekly basis. |

Known locally as Children's Aid (because the Center, like Rhinelander, is run by the Children's Aid Society), the Greenwich Village Center is a grand old institution that offers a wonderful nursery school as well as early childhood classes, and a vast and elaborate arts and afterschool program. |
