This multi-arts center serves as a resource for students of all ages, artists and audiences. The facility houses 15 classrooms, 22 music studios, two dance studios, an art studio, the Balcony Gallery, the Molly Goodman Gallery, the Birnbaum Music Library, the Ann Goodman Recital Hall, and Merkin Concert Hall.
Rhinelander Children's Center
Part of the Children's Aid Society, the Rhinelander Center offers numerous early childhood, nursery school, and afterschool programs.  Lessons in the Visual & Performing Arts (Ballet, chorus, Violin, Keyboard, Guitar, and Voice), Computers, Arts & Crafts, and more are on offer. There's a free Saturday program for deaf and hard of hearing children.  Summer programs include a mini-camp for 3-5 year olds and a Country Day Camp for 6-11 year olds.
St. Paul's Chapel - Trinity Concerts
Classical musicians from around the world perform as part of Trinity Church's renowned concert series.
Lakeside Lounge
A decidedly hillbilly East Village bar and music club sporting concrete floors, yellow and green walls and a coat rack made from a dead deer. Weekends bring up-and-coming bands to the small corner stage. The music is usually suitably raw and ragged, with styles leaning heavily toward liquored-up country and blues.
Living Room
The venue for great live mellow music. The Living Room offers cocktail waitresses, live music and smashing acoustics and focuses on the performers.Usually no cover but a one-drink minimum per set.
Luna Lounge
A wide variety of acts who regularly play here. Live shows (typically two bands--one at 9pm, one at 10pm), followed by ambient electronic music is turned on and the easy chairs are put to really good use. Stand-up comedy program's on Mondays at 8pm.
